By registering and completing the sign-up process on the Healthy Bite Restaurant FZE website, clients agree to these General Terms & Conditions for the duration of their subscription and any subsequent renewals.
Healthy Bite Restaurant FZE reserves the right to refuse services under the following circumstances:
Confirmations of orders, whether made online, by phone, or email, are binding and final.
Healthy Bite reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice
Clients who sign up online are automatically subject to these terms and conditions from the moment of registration until the conclusion of their meal plan and any potential renewals.
A refundable deposit for delivery bags may be required, with the exact amount subject to the plan selected. Lost or damaged bags will incur a fee, deducted from the deposit.
Payments can be made online or in person at our Healthy Bite office using debit/credit cards
Invoices and transaction records are the responsibility of the client. Payment methods accepted include Visa and MasterCard.
Any additional charges, such as upgrades, premium dishes, or extra delivery services, must be settled within three business days from the request date.
Late cancellations of consultations or plan adjustments will incur a standard fee.
Discounts through Healthy Bite Loyalty Program are based on the frequency of plan renewals and are non-transferable.
Corporate and bulk-order discounts may be applied under specific agreements.
Referral programs offer a free week of meals for both the referrer and referred individual, subject to plan registration and payment.
Healthy Bite delivers across selected areas within Dubai and other major cities.
Meal delivery will occur at pre-scheduled times, either morning or evening. Any changes to delivery schedules must be communicated three business days in advance.
In cases where clients cannot receive meals in person, Healthy Bite is not responsible for any missing or damaged deliveries left unattended.
Clients are allowed to freeze or substitute meals, but changes must be requested at least three business days in advance. Frozen plans must resume within 45 days
Healthy Bite is not responsible for any issues resulting from undisclosed allergies, dislikes, or medical conditions. Clients are required to update their preferences prior to delivery.
Healthy Bite’s consultations do not substitute for professional medical advice. Clients with health conditions should consult their doctors before engaging in meal plans.
All consultations are subject to prior booking, and late arrivals may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees.
Healthy Bite encourages clients to adhere to their selected meal plan for the best results. However, cancellations or refunds are allowed under extenuating circumstances, subject to approval and a 20% cancellation fee on remaining plan days.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within two weeks of the request.
Healthy Bite Restaurant FZE respects client privacy and will only share necessary information with third-party logistics providers for delivery purposes.
All personal and payment information is protected and will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties.
Any disputes arising from these terms or any other agreement with Healthy Bite Restaurant FZE shall be governed by UAE law, and jurisdiction will lie with the Dubai courts.

Meal ReplacementThe act of exchanging a dish on the client portal, based on preference or dietary requirements.
Delivery BagsInsulated bags used for the daily delivery of meals to customers.
Nutritional MetricsRefers to the macronutrient composition of meals, including fats, carbohydrates, and proteins
Premium MealSpecial dishes available on the meal plan, subject to an additional charge
Wasted DeliveryRefers to any canceled or missed delivery that is considered non-refundable and counted towards the plan
